Foot In The Fire - Chocolate Cake

1 c Flour

1 c Quick oats

1/2 c Sugar

1/2 ts Salt

1/2 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Cinnamon

2 Egg whites

1/3 c White karo syrup

1 ts Vanilla

1/2 c Raisins

Preheat oven 325-275 (try lower 1st). Spray cookie sheets with spray. In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir in all but raisins and mix well. Add raisins and drop by teaspoonsful onto cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes -----
