Basic Sugarless Vegetarian Mincemeat

1 pint sliced strawberries

1 pint blueberries

3 kiwi fruit -- peeled, thinlysliced

1 medium cantaloupe -- cut into balls

1 medium honeydew melon -- cut into balls

1 cup chopped mint leaves

whole mint leaves for garnish * Dressing * 1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons sugar

Toss fruit together gently, sprinkle mint over fruit. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over fruit mixture. Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves.
